Rowing in Time

I wrote an essay a bunch of years ago on my 2005 kayak/rowing trip up the coast while I took a writing class with Sherry Simpson at a local college.  I put it on a blog a few years later but kept the view restricted and  practically forgot about it. Recently, for lack of better content I didn't like the newer blog view I had and re-discovered the "old" blog while I was editing. I thought I would throw out the link since it's probably the closest thing I've written that's personal.  It reminds me that I once really enjoyed writing in a non- blogish format.
